Conversion of a four bedroom house into two individual flats with extension to the back and addition of a full storey. The client commissioned us with the goal of converting their four-bedroom house in Highgate to separate flats in preparation for retirement.

The property is composed of four floors, a garage and a substantial garden. We designed two individual flats for two families and a retirement level within one of the individual flats so as to cater to our client’s changing needs.

The two flats share an entrance however have separate staircases so the floors were configured in such a way that ensures privacy yet have an ease of flow.
