We are honoured to work with our client on this heritage and conservation area residence in Highgate, London. Design and planning consents for this residence in Highgate Village involved working with the client and council to design and plan a retirement flat for our client.
Resolving space for a companion and giving both our client and the companion privacy in a small space was a worthwhile challenge. We added flushed heritage and conservation-style skylights to provide natural light in the space and proposed a loft extension for a study area.
The space includes a living area, kitchen dining master bedroom with en-suite, guest toilet, and study and bathroom in the loft.
Permission was granted by Haringey Council and we are pleased to share that construction work has started and is progressing!
